Scope
This course aims to equip participants with the knowledge and skills needed to identify and prevent various forms of workplace harassment. Participants will learn to recognise harassment, understand its different forms, and take proactive measures to prevent it. Additionally, the training will provide insights into the cultural backgrounds of colleagues, promoting a respectful and inclusive work environment.

General Course Objectives:
Upon completion of the course, delegates will:
  • Gain a fundamental understanding of workplace harassment.
  • Understand cultural backgrounds related to ethical practices.
  • Be educated on what constitutes harassment and discrimination, including its various forms.
  • Be empowered to recognize and address inappropriate behavior, whether they are victims, bystanders, or perpetrators.
  • Contribute to building a workplace where individuals feel safe, respected, and capable of performing their best work without fear of unfair treatment.

  • Summary of workplace harassment and prevention strategies
  • Developing a positive work culture
